How do we help a Fortune 100 B2B sales organization drowning in low-quality alerts know which
customers to call, and when?
Insight
“Leads” had become meaningless noise – reps equated them with spammy signals they couldn’t trust. The
real value wasn’t in more data, but in rare, high-impact “Compelling Events” that genuinely change an
account’s willingness to talk.
Solution
By reframing “leads” as Compelling Events and building a high-precision AI pipeline to surface only
those moments, we gave sellers a small, trusted stream of clear reasons to call, instead of a firehose
of generic alerts.
Results
Accounts with at least one Compelling Event saw 1.7× more revenue and 1.5× more pipeline than similar
monitored accounts without an event.
